Présentation

Mix of frozen mushrooms for raw part, for precooked part, in 2 to 5 cm long slices (Ceps/Porcini, Oysters, Shiitake, Champignon mushrooms). Theses mixes carefully selected and prepared, bring originality and flavor to your preparations. They can also be used in the preparation of many dishes without preparation or thawing : gratin, cream, quiche, pie.

Packaging
