Présentation

  • Fresh coocked under vacuum : 500 g bag (cardboard of 4 shelves of 3 pockets / pallet of 60 cardboards) or 1 kg bag (cardboard of 5 / pallet of 60 cardboards) or 2.5 kg bag (cardboard of 2 or 4 / pallet of 60 or 42 cardboards).
  • Frozen : bag of 20 rollers of 50 g (cardboard of 5 / pallet of 60 cardboards) or microwaveable tray  of 5 rollers of 50 g (cardboard of 7 / pallet of 96 cardboards) or microwaveable tray of 500 g (cardboard of 7 / pallet of 96 cardboards) or bag of 2.5 kg (cardboard of 2 or 4 / pallet of 60 or 42 cardboards).

 

Product characteristics

The stuffing is made up of 58% of mushrooms : cep/porcini, chanterelle/girolle or a mix of wild mushrooms (black trumpets, fairy rings, boletes, grey or yellow chanterelles, hedgehogs, tricholoma...) and of 42% cereals, vegetables, condiments and olive oil.

 

Use

  • Traditional stuffing base : thaw the roller to mix with ground meat (calf, pork, poultry or shrimp). Season to your liking and stuff (paupiettes, poultry)
  • Vegetable : without thawing, put the roller in or on the stuffing ingredient (mushroom, vegetable, fish or meat). Season to your liking and put in the oven.
  • As a garnish : flatten the thawed roller, place in a pan for 3 min per side and serve.
  • In cold snacking : spread in the sandwich.
  • In hot snacking : spread on toats and bake at 200°C.
  • In sauce : heat by mixing 25 cl of water + a teaspoon of soluble stock (calf or poultry)  and a roller of 50 gr. When boiling, add 25 cl of crème fraîche (heavy cream), cook for 2 min and serve.
  • As condiment : mix the ground with the mustard.
  • As French dressing : mix the ground with a vinaigrette.
  • As a garnish :  ravioli, lasagna or aumônières.
