 Nos produits semi-finis

  • “Les HACHIS de champignons” : grounds of wild mushrooms (60% of wood mushrooms) for the preparation of stuffings, stocks (fonds) or for multiple other uses.
  • The "CHAMPIGNONS NETS" : whole or sliced wild mushrooms, totally clean, to be cooked directly, without loss of weight and waste and preparation time. A simple and very quick rinse can be performed but is not advised. 0% work + 0% waste = 100% pleasure or service: all the flavor of the product is present.
  • Natural mushrooms : blanched whole, broken, in pieces, in slices, in cubes, then canning (canned in a tin with a shelf life of 4 years) or vacuum (blue plastic bags with a shelf life of 3 months in cold). Precooked, they can be integrated into all possible recipes.
  • Wild mushrooms in oil: canned (can with a shelf life of 4 years) or in the 5th range (vacuum with a shelf life of 3 months in the cold). Precooked in oil, they will have to be seasoned.

 

Our finished products

  • "LES POELEES DES BOIS" frozen wild mushrooms, pan fried in the pure French tradition.
  • “Les HACHIS de champignons” grounds of wild mushrooms as garnish, in crips to prepare as potatoes patties, in bulk to spread on toasts, in rollers to measure out a garnish.
